A: We are a factory, not a trading company. Qingdao Time Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. (brand: Morland) has manufactured outdoor products in Qingdao, China for 26 years, running our own mold workshop, plastic injection molding (60T-1850T) and sheet metal stamping lines under one roof. Buyers are welcome to visit our factory in person or take a video tour before ordering.

A: Our main product lines are folding wagons and beach carts, rooftop tents, wheelbarrows, outdoor tables and chairs, and storage boxes. Because our core capability is plastic injection molding plus sheet metal fabrication, we can also assess and develop products outside these lines - share your concept and we will confirm tooling and production feasibility.

A: Yes. Part of our lineup is protected by US design patents and Chinese utility model patents. Tell us your target region and we will confirm which patented models or structures may apply to your project.

A: We are certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001. Our products have passed SGS testing and comply with RoHS and REACH. For large-volume programs we can arrange additional third-party testing to the standards your market requires (for example EN or ASTM).

A: Yes. Please request it through the contact form or by email and let us know which categories you need (folding wagons, rooftop tents, wheelbarrows or others). We will send the matching catalog with our newest models.

A: Pricing depends on the model, quantity, trade terms and customization level, so we quote per project. Send us your target model(s) and quantity through the inquiry form and we will reply with a detailed quotation, normally within 1-2 business days.

A: Our default term is FOB Qingdao. EXW is also available, CIF can be arranged depending on the destination, and for rooftop tents we offer DDP door-to-door worldwide.

A: Yes. OEM means we produce our existing models with your logo, colors and packaging. ODM means we design and develop a new product together with your team - from concept, 3D design and prototypes through to mass production. We have taken overseas brands from a rough design to full container production, including a multi-year custom folding wagon development project for a US client.

A: Color, fabric, wheels, frame structure, logo printing method and placement, packaging (retail boxes, hang tags, labels) and instruction manuals can all be customized to your brand.

A: Yes. Send us drawings, reference images or rough concepts and our engineering team will perform a manufacturability review, propose improvements and complete 3D design and prototyping as required.

A: Designs that require a new mold carry a tooling fee, agreed before development starts. Modifications based on our existing molds normally do not require new tooling - we confirm this during quotation.

A: Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA before discussing confidential designs.

A: Depending on the products: Folding wagons: 200 pcs for standard models; one full container for OEM custom orders (exact quantity depends on the model and container size); special fabrics or colors may follow the material supplier's purchase batch. Rooftop tents: 1 pc for standard models (sold at retail price), 10 pcs with your logo, and 50 pcs for deep customization. Wheelbarrows: MOQ depends on the model - ask us for the model you need.

A: Yes. Mixed models and mixed colors in one container are supported. Tell us your target mix and we will confirm container utilization and pricing.

A: Bulk production typically takes 15-35 days; as a reference, an order of 1,000 folding wagons takes about 30 days. Custom development and sampling take 7-20 days depending on complexity and customization depth.

A: For folding wagons our capacity is around 5,000 pcs per month. Capacity varies by product line - tell us your projected volume and we will confirm a production schedule.

A: We generally produce to order. Samples of standard models may be available from stock, but small and large orders follow the same production process.

A: Yes, we quote tiered pricing by quantity. Share your estimated volumes and we will structure the best price breaks for you.

A: Folding wagons and wheelbarrows: samples are charged at twice the unit price with freight paid by the customer, and the extra sample fee is refunded when you place a bulk order. Rooftop tents: standard models can be ordered as a single piece at the retail price, so you can test quality before committing to volume.

A: Prototyping and custom samples take 7-20 days depending on the development depth and the degree of customization.

A: Our standard term is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment. L/C is also accepted for qualified orders.

A: Rooftop tents can be shipped DDP door-to-door worldwide, so the price you see is the total landed cost. For wholesale bulk orders of folding wagons and wheelbarrows we quote FOB or EXW and can recommend a freight forwarder for the remaining journey.

A: Delivery time depends on the shipping method: air freight typically takes 5-10 days to most destinations, while sea freight commonly takes 20-40 days depending on the route. Ask us for an estimate to your port.

A: Yes. Every quotation includes net/gross weight, carton dimensions, CBM and units per 20'/40'HQ container, so you can calculate freight cost easily.

A: We currently have no overseas warehouses. Only rooftop tents can be shipped as single units directly to end customers worldwide. Folding wagons, wheelbarrows and other wholesale products are sold for export in bulk quantities only - we do not operate one-piece cross-border dropshipping.

A: Every production stage includes in-process inspection by our QC team, and we accept third-party pre-shipment inspection. Our quality management system is ISO9001 certified.

A: If damage or a defect is confirmed to have been caused by our factory or during our production, we take responsibility. Remedies - replacement, return or refund - are carried out according to the contract terms of the order.

A: Selected spare parts can be provided on request, such as wheels, fabric components or small fittings. Contact us with the part you need.
