How We Build-In Quality 
Quality control is a critical component of any manufacturing process. The quality control of folding wagon involves inspecting and testing the raw materials, the production process, and the finished product to ensure that it meets the required standards.
Incoming Inspection
Upon receiving materials, the inspectors will proceed to check the supplier's material certificates, performance test reports, inspection reports, RoHS test reports, and other relevant data to ensure that there are no errors based on sealed samples and drawings. The inspector implements the sampling inspection process in accordance with the "Inspection Specification" requirements.
Process Inspection
Process inspection includes first-piece inspection, process check, and sampling inspection to detect problems in the production process early, solve them, achieve process stability and control, and reduce defective outflow to meet customer requirements.
Pre-shipment Inspection
The Quality Department carries out a sampling inspection of the products after receiving the shipment plan from the Marketing Department. The inspection includes basic parameters such as product size and weight, the presence of scratches on the product's appearance, any problems in the product's use, whether the packing method is according to specifications, and whether the specifications and appearance of the packing boxes meet customer requirements.
