Wheelbarrow Production Line
We offer the most efficient production lines for manufacturing all types of wheelbarrows, which can be used in gardening, construction, and on farms. A typical wheelbarrow production process consists of the following steps:
1. Production of wheelbarrow trays using a hydraulic deep drawing press. The input material can be either coil sheet metal or blank steel. Adequate deep drawing tooling is required for this stage.
2. Trimming or cutting of the tray sides using an automatic trimming machine.
3. Beading of the tray sides. This can be done by the same machine used for trimming, or a separate machine can be used to increase production capacity.
4. Bending of the chassis pipes can be done using an automatic CNC bending machine or mechanical bending equipment.
5. Welding the tray body to the chassis. At this stage, the body of the wheelbarrow is welded to the pipes. Alternatively, a bolt and screw connection can be used. To minimize shipping costs, we generally do not assemble, which can be chosen by the customer.
6. Painting of the finished wheelbarrows is available in both manual and automatic options.
