Yes, we can provide samples, the sample price is 2 times of the bulk price. The postage cost is also paid by yourself. If we reach an order later and the order quantity exceeds the minimum order quantity, the sample cost will be refundable.

3.How about the mould cost ?

We do charge for mould fee, but we often use our design skill to produce the items for clients without opening new mould in order to reduce your cost.

4.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design ?

We have our own design team,so you can provide AI,CDR or PDF,etc. We will make clear artwork for your final confirmation.

5.After-sales services?

All products enjoy a year quality assurance. If there’s a quality problem, free spare parts will be provided in next order.
