However, in this delivery, we encountered a problem regarding the customer's box label. This news will detail the difficulties we faced with this issue and the steps we took to resolve it.
First of all, what is Amazon Box labeling? FBA labeling is generated within the Amazon system for the Amazon warehouse receipt of goods to confirm the goods of the outer box identification, composed of FBA information and barcode. In a previous order, we received the customer's box label during the assembly and packing process, so we put the box label in order while packing. However, the customer's box label for this order arrived late and was not received until the day before we delivered it, and the packaged folding wagon products were already stored in our warehouse on pallets. Therefore, in this folding cart delivery process, we need to unload all the products from the pallets, and then label them one by one and load them back on the pallets, and then send them to the trucks for crating by forklift, which sound complicated and labored and brings us a lot of trouble in loading , and cost us quite a lot of extra time and energy to deal with it.
In our later meeting, we discussed this problem, the shipping staff was trained, and Yang, the minister of the material control department, made use of his own experience to put forward the solution, if the box label arrives in advance, it will be labeled on the production line while packing. If the box label arrives just before shipment, it will be posted while loading on the truck, eliminating the need for waiting and cumbersome handling, and strictly regulating the labeling process to improve efficiency.
