On September 5th, the production workshop for folding wagons was bustling as orders were actively being processed. Currently, there are five orders in the production schedule, originating from customers in South Korea, the United States, and Amazon sellers.
At present, the assembly line is focused on fulfilling the South Korean order. By the production plan, all necessary components are ready, including handlebars and wheels, which have been successfully riveted and assembled. Each stage of the assembly process is well-equipped with essential materials, ensuring a smooth workflow.
The work team is now preparing to assemble the main cart frame, install the fabric bags, and attach labels as per the customer's specifications. Packaging is being carefully executed with cardboard boxes that meet the client's branding requirements.
This particular client places significant emphasis on brand promotion; hence, we worked closely with them on the cart and box design to enhance visibility. The client has also sent us their uniquely designed trademark tags, which will be attached to the folding cart.
