As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, we are pleased to share some exciting updates from our manufacturing and logistics operations.
Our factory has successfully completed the production of four batches of foldable outdoor carts as scheduled. Each batch underwent rigorous third-party inspections by our clients' appointed agencies on January 28, February 2, and February 4, respectively. We are proud to announce that all inspections were passed successfully, reaffirming our commitment to quality and reliability.
In terms of shipments, we completed the delivery of one order to the United States on January 30. This marks the third successful order with this valued client, highlighting a growing and trusted partnership. Additionally, on February 7, we will complete a shipment for a major U.S. supermarket chain. Working with this retail partner has helped us refine our collaboration standards-from product specifications to packaging and logistics-and has provided valuable experience in meeting the demands of large-scale retail operations.
We are also delighted to share the successful customization of a foldable cart for a new client from Australia. The cart features a full off-white spray paint finish-from the frame to the wheels and hubs-paired with a striped fabric bag and colorful carton packaging. The elegant color coordination has been highly appreciated, and we look forward to continuing this partnership into next years.
Further strengthening our long-term collaborations, we have recently processed the third order from a client in Israel, who has been consistently placing orders on a quarterly basis.

Additionally, we would like to gently remind our partners that due to recent increases in global metal prices-particularly aluminum, which is used in components such as our rooftop tent shells and some foldable cart frames-product costs and quotations may be affected.
