A group of technicians and salespeople were gathered in the office, discussing a customer's request for customized packaging for folding carts and tires.
This particular customer is an experienced seller of folding carts and was looking to add more value to their product. They plan to purchase our model TMFW002, which features detachable wheels that can be installed without any tools, and for which we hold the patent. The customer had requested a batch of matching wide wheels to be purchased with the folding carts, so that consumers could buy and replace them according to their needs, as a selling point, in order to appeal to more customers.
To address this demand, the technicians came up with several solutions. One of the proposed solutions was to box the tires separately and then box them together with the folding carts, so that the tires and the frames do not collide with each other and affect the quality of the products. Meanwhile, the sales staff was considering how to maximize the use of space and save transportation costs without affecting the quality of the product.
Throughout this process, the technicians and sales staff actively discussed and looked for the best solution to meet the customer's needs. We are very grateful that the customer has been accompanying us to follow up and improve the project and its problems.
