The spotlight fell squarely on the Folding Wagon Production Zone within the Sheet Metal Department. Teams meticulously scoured three key areas: the Finished Goods Warehouse, the Work-in-Progress (WIP) Warehouse, and the Raw & Auxiliary Materials On-Site Storage. Tasked with this mission, a dedicated team of 12 personnel from the Foreign Trade Department focused on verifying stock situations of folding wagon samples, partially assembled units, and essential materials like tubing and fasteners.
Preparation was key to the day's efficiency. "Our folding wagon production line was active right up until yesterday," stated the Sheet Metal Department's Folding Wagon Production Lead. "To ensure a clean, orderly workspace and expedite the count, we proactively moved and pre-counted select semi-finished products batches."
