Recently, our company held a folding wagon order review meeting ,relevant department heads and their subordinates attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by the order-taking business person, who firstly made a detailed introduction of the customer, quantity, requirements and delivery date of this order, and then communicated and confirmed with the persons in charge of each department on the issues of raw material procurement, production priorities and cycle time.
During the meeting, Minister Ma of the purchasing department said that he had contacted the suppliers to ensure the quality and quantity of the raw materials and had completed the purchasing contract at a reasonable price and time. Minister Guo from the production department said that a detailed production plan and quality control program have been made to ensure the performance and appearance of the products according to the requirements and standards of the customers.
At the end of the meeting, the salesman thanked and praised the work of each department, and emphasized the importance and urgency of this order, and asked each department to work closely together to complete the task on time and in quality.
