- The new model of the J order features a complex structure, utilizes various types of tubing, and has numerous components, making the production and assembly of the fabric bag particularly difficult and time-consuming. The workshop has already conducted small-batch trial production, and workers have been trained to familiarize themselves with the assembly process.
Production Operations Director, Mr. Xia, emphasized that the production of both orders must be organized efficiently, covering all steps such as cutting, welding, powder coating, and assembly, to avoid chaos in the workshop and ensure smooth progress of the production plan. He stressed the importance of adhering strictly to customer order requirements and improving coordination and control within the workshop to complete the orders on time.
Business manager Mandy also highlighted that a pre-sale event has been conducted on the customer's website, and she urged the production department to ensure timely delivery to support customer sales. Additionally, Mandy stated that she would continuously monitor the production progress and provide timely updates on order status.
