Yesterday, the folding wagon production of the UK order was nearly finished, and their Chinese inspectors came to our company to inspect the products. This sampling inspection is an important quality control process for our company, and it is also an important measure for us to improve the quality of our products and service level.
A week ago, according to the production status of the folding cart order and the request of the British customer, we arranged the time for factory inspection, and the inspection was carried out when the production completion reached 80%. The sampling test mainly focused on the product's packaging appearance, packing specifications, beach cart status, etc. 2% of the products were inspected on a sampling basis, focusing on several aspects, such as ease of use, handle fluency, folding and unfolding speed, wheel rolling smoothness, and load-bearing capacity.
To ensure that the inspection work went successfully, our Quality Department Director Xue, Production Department Minister Guo, and Sales Manager Mandy accompanied us. The inspectors carried out careful observation and operation, made strict and detailed inspections of the products, and also actively communicated with us during the inspection process to discuss the solutions.
Through the professional operation of the inspectors and the active cooperation of our personnel, the whole sampling process was very successful. The inspectors recorded and organized the test results and wrote a detailed test report, which provides an important reference for the continuous improvement of product quality.
