During this visit, we introduced our company's folding wagon production line. We have developed a specialized BOM (Bill of Materials) for each model. From the procurement of raw materials to the production order placed by the system, the workshop can collect the required materials directly from the ERP system according to the product BOM. From the use of materials in the production process, finished production into the warehouse, to delivery out of the warehouse. All operations can be in the electronic system for recording and managing, thus realizing the effective management of product production.
As well, in other areas, our digital transformation is advancing. Through digitalization, we have achieved all-around management of personnel, finance, procurement, and production. Our company's accounts, approvals, and other processes are carried out using electronic means, paperless and without human intervention, thus greatly improving efficiency and reducing costs.
