Today our sales manager, Rowling, is following up on two orders for delivery.
According to Rowling, these two clients placed orders for outdoor tables and folding wagons with Qingdao Time Outdoor Products Co., Ltd, which were produced and stored in September.
However, due to a shortage of shipping, the delivery has been delayed until now. Today, Rowling is tasked with the delivery process and the creation of invoices and packing lists, which is quite challenging.
The folding wagons have a larger quantity to be delivered and a tighter loading schedule. There are also 1000 sets of folding tables and 10 PCs/ctn, making loading 100 boxes much easier. The logistics department arranged for material management and packing personnel to schedule the delivery of the two orders appropriately. When loading, leverage their experience to make full use of container space.
All in all, the task was completed efficiently with our warehousing team's cooperation, experience, and proper use of equipment. The delivery task was completed successfully. I hope our clients can receive the goods they ordered smoothly.
