On July 15, a well-known international trade customer in Taiwan sent staff from the quality inspection department to our company to visit the factory and conduct a comprehensive inspection and testing of our folding wagon products. Our production manager, technical supervisor, sales manager and other personnel accompanied the reception of the customer, and introduced to the customer our production scale, equipment, management system and so on.
Customer firstly visited our folding wagon production workshop to understand the manufacturing process of folding wagon, including material cutting, welding, grinding and assembling. He appreciated our production techniques and quality control, and put forward some comments and suggestions on our product design and function.
Customers then carried out static and dynamic load bearing test, center of gravity offset load test on our folding wagon. Accompanied by our quality department and technical department, he carried out strict tests on the trolley's load-bearing capacity, stability, wear resistance and other aspects. The test results show that our folding wagon meet the customer's requirements and standards, and have a high cost-effective. Meanwhile, he put forward higher quality requirements for the wheel bearings of the folding wagon, and our sales staff relayed his needs to the purchasing department.
The customer expressed his satisfaction with our folding wagon products and requested to bring a sample back to the company for further testing. Mr. Ma, the minister of quality department, expressed his thanks to the customer's trust and support, and will continue to improve the quality of products and services to provide customers with better quality products and solutions!
