On January 15, 2024, our company held its annual summary meeting for the 2023 business year.
The meeting was hosted by the Human Resources Department, attended by President Chen and CEO Zhao of the Group, and participated in by the leaders and managers of each department.
During the meeting, each department presented photo and video recaps of their work from the past year, followed by detailed data charts illustrating the achievement of their business objectives. These objectives included output value, input-output ratio, working hour efficiency, cost control (including labor cost, quality loss, energy consumption, etc.), and more.
President Chen commented on the report from each department and their fulfillment of the business objectives for 2023. While acknowledging the company's good business situation under the relatively difficult economic situation, President Chen also highlighted the need for improved cost control and product quality in pursuit of high-quality development.
CEO Zhao elaborated on the company's business strategy for 2024, emphasizing the importance of intelligent manufacturing, increased R&D efforts, and improved product and service quality. Each department is expected to set production and operation targets for 2024 that align with the company's actual situation and focus on product market research to achieve high-level orders.
At the end of the meeting, the managers of each department expressed their commitment to implementing the company's annual objectives and improving overall efficiency. They also pledged to enhance team consciousness, strengthen coordination and cooperation between departments, and strive for even higher production and operation targets in 2024.
