2024 Mid-Year Inventory Verification Of Folding Carts And Accessories

On June 30, 2024, our company completed the mid-year inventory verification of folding carts and accessories. The Foreign Trade Department took charge of the inventory verification, including finished folding carts, semi-finished products, tubes, and other auxiliary and accessory inventory in the folding cart workshop and the warehouse.

 

All functional personnel gathered at 8 a.m., and the Minister of Personnel, the CFO, and the COO delivered a mobilization speech. More than 70 functional personnel were divided into 8 groups to conduct inventory in various areas of production and operation, such as the finished goods warehouse, semi-finished goods warehouse, and raw materials warehouse.

 

The Foreign Trade Department efficiently handled the inventory check of folding carts related stocks. They ensured the inventory process was efficient by checking and inspecting 30% of the inventory list in the workshop and 100% of the finished products in the warehouse, comparing the book quantity with the actual quantity on the spot.

Despite some on-site inventory problems, such as delays in updating the inventory list for folding cart tubes, the 12 employees of the foreign trade department worked efficiently, completing all inventory tasks within one and a half hours and handing over the inventory results to the financial accounting.

This inventory not only served as an audit of the company's management and operation status but also provided the foreign trade department with a comprehensive understanding of the current inventory of folding carts in the warehouse. This knowledge will be beneficial for promoting communication with customers and preparing prototypes.
