The Outdoor Products Department initiated a 78-day "Kyocera Philosophy" reading program in March to enhance employees' management skills and sense of responsibility.
On July 8th, we conducted a meeting to share insights and ideas from the reading. During the session, Zhao Shichen, an R&D engineer for folding wagons, stood out by effectively interpreting concepts from the book and sharing his experiences in overcoming challenges during the development of the folding cart.
When he encountered a difficult problem in the design of the structure, he thought about it day and night, and then suddenly came up with a solution in his dream, and then he went to the studio to make an attempt, which made the storyline vivid. This highlights his deep understanding of the book's concepts. His sharing was highly praised by his colleagues.
The book "Kyocera Philosophy" holds substantial significance for company management and employee development. The sharing meeting provided an opportunity for employees to discuss their learning and personal growth, enabling them to apply the knowledge to their work effectively.
Moving forward, the Outdoor Products Department plans to continue organizing various cultural activities, aiming for active employee participation and collective improvement in quality and teamwork abilities.
