After finished welding, the folding frame has to be powder coated to increase its corrosion resistance and beauty.After confirming the powder coating color and samples with customers, we use high-class powder coating equipment and materials, which make the surface of the frame smooth, even and delicate, without scratches and range peel phenomenon. The color of the frame after powder coating is bright and glossy, giving people a lively and warm feeling.
During the assembly stage, our assembly workers assemble the handles, tires and frames according to strict standards and procedures. Each part is carefully inspected and debugged to ensure that it functions properly without damage or looseness. Each trolley is thoroughly inspected again before packing to ensure its quality is qualified.
