At the request of our customer, we carried out static and eccentric load tests on the outdoor folding wagon modelTMFW001. The test material was obtained in situ, using iron blocks and bags of raw material.
In the eccentric load test, we loaded 100% of the rated weight on each side of the cart (front, right direction, with the center of gravity 1/4 of the way off the side) and placed each item for 10 minutes. The actual loaded weights on the front and right sides were weighed and measured to be 123kg and 116kg respectively, which is greater than the listed load capacity 100kg on our website. We were pleased to see that our frames were tested without tipping over or deforming the frame and keep in a good situation.
In addition, we conducted a rated capacity static testing using 5 bags of raw materials (each weighing 25 kg) totaling 125 KG. we conducted a 24-hour observation of the folding wagon and found that there was no tearing of the fabric, the wheels rotated normally, the frame remained horizontal, and the distance of the frame from the ground did not change, with no obvious signs of deformation.We must also point out that the front wheels remained in line with the rear wheels during the test, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the evaluation.
Overall, we are pleased with the test results, which confirm the durability and safety of the Folding wagon TMFW001 under varying loads. These results will reassure potential buyers and support the continued development of this model.
We have also written up the results of this test in a test report and sent it to the customer for confirmation.
