In the 134th Canton Fair, our booth welcomed a special guest, our Taiwan customer. This customer's connection with us dates back to the 133rd Canton Fair in April this year. At that time, he visited our booth as a company's purchasing staff for product selection, and he was very interested in our folding carts. Our technicians and sales staff received him warmly and introduced our product features and technical advantages to him. This time, he also gladly agreed to be invited to visit our booth.
Since May, our sales Candis has been in close contact with this customer, providing him with catalogs, product reports, testing, and other related services. In July, the Taiwanese customer dispatched technicians to our company for a site visit and product validation. They saw our production process first-hand and also carefully evaluated our entire product line. Through a series of production processes and tests, they highly praised our production capacity and product quality.
Besides our folding wagon, the customer also showed great interest in other outdoor furniture, such as folding tables and chairs, aluminum alloy storage boxes and so on. At the same time, he expects us to continue to develop more categories of products.
Our Taiwan customer had not planned to attend the 134th Canton Fair, but as soon as he knew that we would be exhibiting, he temporarily booked a flight to come and visit our booth to check out the latest products and technologies, and he was more interested in our newly designed oversized and extra-long folding wagon and folding carts with covers. We are very grateful for his support and trust, and will continue to actively invest in product development and service upgrading to provide more choices for our customers.
This in-depth communication with Taiwan customers has brought us some directions for market development.
