On June 15, the general manager and the minister of sheet metal department went to the production workshop to inspect and guide the assembly of double-deck folding wagon samples. Double decker folding wagon is a new product recently launched, with double-deck design, large capacity, back open tailgate, side opening mesh door, lightweight and multi-functional , suitable for family, camping, ball games, supermarkets, and other places of equipment handling and storage.
It is reported that the sample preparation of double-decker folding wagon was started at the beginning of June, and 25 units of samples have been completed and passed the quality inspection. The general manager gave full affirmation to the work of the production staff and demanded them to keep the efficient and high quality production state, speed up the progress of the production of the ordered products, and strive to put the double-decker folding wagon into the market as soon as possible to create more benefits for the company.
During the inspection process, the Sheet Metal Department also put forward some precautions to the production and assembly personnel, including:
1.Strictly following the design drawings and process requirements for production assembly to ensure that the size, shape, and position of each part meet the standards;
2.Pay attention to check the surface treatment of each part to avoid defects such as scratches, rust stains, deformation, etc.;
3.Pay attention to the fit and connection between parts in the assembly process to ensure a solid structure and smooth operation;
4.After completing each sample, conduct a comprehensive functional test and performance test to ensure that the double-decker trolley achieves the expected results;
5.During the packing and transportation, pay attention to protect the samples to avoid damage or contamination.
