Recently, during the assembly process of the folding cart, the workshop staff and QC found that one of the plastic parts on the frame cracked during assembly. The assembly workshop gave feedback about this quality problem for the first time.

The company's plastics department and R&D department immediately started a review meeting, examined the problem of plastic parts, and discussed and thoroughly analyzed the potential causes. It was finally determined that the cause of the problem was that the temperature during the production of the plastic part was not high enough, resulting in the thickness not meeting the requirements.
As a folding cart factory with many years of experience in injection molding and sheet metal production, the quality of plastic parts has always been a key concern for us, as they have a significant impact on the quality and safety of the entire product.
Therefore, in case of problems, we took effective measures to rectify them the first time. We carried out a comprehensive inspection and rectification of the molds and materials used and strictly monitored the production process and craftsmanship to ensure that the new plastic parts complied with the production standards, so as to ensure that the same problem will not occur again.
