On May 25, the production department held a meeting for the production of new orders of folding wagon. The meeting firstly introduced the basic requirements of the new order , including order quantity, delivery time, product specifications, quality standards, etc. Then, the engineer of R&D department explained the design features and technical parameters of the sample in detail, focusing on the requirements of materials and dimensions of each component.
Then, sheet metal department, plastic department and assembly production department reported their respective production plans and preparations, including procurement of raw materials, incoming material time, processing technology, quality control, equipment maintenance, etc. The meeting also analyzed the problems and risks that may be encountered in the production process and the preparation of preventive measures.
Finally, the deputy general manager summarized and affirmed the work of each department, arranged and coordinated the production schedule, requiring each department to strictly follow the plan to ensure that the production of new orders for folding cars would be accomplished on time and with quality.
