Director Chen of the Production Department organized a meeting with the production staff of folding carts on April 2. During the meeting, he addressed the issues that occurred during the previous manufacturing period, reviewed the production process, and took responsibility to ensure timely delivery.
To create a better work environment and improve the production process, the sheet metal production department has started to produce new production problem alert cards and camping wagon production process responsibility cards. These cards will clarify the person in charge of each process and control the quality process in terms of personnel and materials. By doing so, they will help increase production efficiency and improve product quality.
The alert cards will help employees better understand their workflow, making it easier for the person in charge of each process to carry out detailed supervision and management. As a result, employees can find and solve problems more efficiently during work, leading to improved overall production efficiency and effective prevention and management of many issues.
