A customer recently purchased folding carts from our company. After multiple tests and adjustments, they signed the purchase order. The customer has multiple sales channels, including a store on Amazon, so they requested us to conduct a drop box test for the folding carts. Our salesperson, Candis, and technician, Mr. Liu, responded promptly and conducted the experiment.
Our folding cart,TMFW002, has detachable wheels which differentiate it from other models. Therefore, it is boxed differently. The wheels are packaged separately and then boxed together with the folding wagon. According to Amazon regulations and environmental protection needs, it is packed in 100% curbside recyclable packaging that is easy to open and removes all contents within 120 seconds.
We simulated the delivery environment and dropped the box multiple times from different heights of 45cm and 90cm from the ground. We observed the experimental results and found that our folding wagon had no appearance or functional damage. The whole process was safe and effective, and it met the requirements of our customers.
