Recently, a customer from South Korea was invited to visit our company, during which a site visit and in-depth communication were conducted.
When we conducted a market survey, we found considerable sales ability for outdoor products such as folding carts on this customer's website, and we thought that our company's diversified and innovative folding wagon styles could complement with theirs, so we sent out invitations to them. We are very pleased to receive a reply from the customer and also highly appreciated that the customer could take one day to visit our factory.
To welcome the arrival of our customers, we made full preparations. The management of the company personally participated in the meeting to receive them and prepared a company introduction in Korean, as well as a dozen folding wagon samples for display. At the same time, we also reorganized our workshop and warehouse to ensure that our customers can have a comprehensive understanding of our entire production process.
Participants in the meeting included CEO Zhao, Deputy Director Xia, Marketing Director Xue, engineers and sales, etc. Designer Naim introduced our company's strengths and products comprehensively to the client in Korean through a slideshow, and meanwhile, the client also introduced his own store and product needs to us.
After that, the customer checked our folding wagon samples, was very interested in several models, and put forward his expectations of improvement and customization needs. We also expressed that we are very supportive of the customer's individual needs and will design and develop according to the customer's requirements.
After the meeting, we led the customer to visit our folding cart assembly workshop and warehouse. Because of the production process and schedule, the workshop was not in production, but the customer still praised the neatness and environment of our workshop.
The customer is very satisfied with the style and quality of our folding carts and decided to come back next time for confirmation, we are looking forward to establishing a long-term cooperative relationship with such a competitive retailer. We will also always be oriented to customers' needs and strive to design and produce better quality folding cart products. We sincerely welcome interested customers to visit our factory.
