Time management is a crucial skill in our modern society. Possessing effective time management skills can help us organize our work and personal lives better. Recently, our company organized a group viewing of a time management training video, which aimed to assist employees in enhancing their time management skills and knowledge.

The training video emphasized the importance of pre-planning. We ought to plan our daily work schedule and organize our tasks into yearly, monthly, and daily schedules to utilize time more efficiently. After planning our daily activities, it is essential to follow the principle of "first things first". This means we should prioritize the most important tasks when we have the energy. Categorizing tasks into A, B, and C, and prioritizing them based on their value, impact, and opportunity cost, can help us manage our time better.

We ought to complete the A-rated tasks personally, compress time to complete the B-rated ones, and consider delegating the C-rated tasks to others. However, while delegating tasks to others, we must select the best people to do them to ensure optimal problem-solving and achieve the greatest effect.
This training activity was highly beneficial, and employees reported that they gained a lot from it. They learned new skills in time management and plan to think more deeply and optimize their work plans in later practice.
