On May 20, our Foreign Trade Department held a pre-production video conference with American customers to discuss folding cart orders. Business personnel, American buyers, sourcing, assembly workshop, fabric factory, and other related people participated in the meeting. The main purpose of this meeting was to clarify production details and processes, pay attention to quality and time control, and ensure the successful production and delivery of the batch of folding carts to the customers.
We established a business relationship with this American customer in September last year and spent more than half a year researching and developing a multifunctional folding trolley. Through numerous rounds of molding and sampling, we made continuous improvements and technical refinements to the utility folding trolley and received high praise from the customer. This led to them recognizing the sample and placing a bulk order.
This wagon has a complex structure, numerous accessories, complicated bag-making, and many assembly processes, involving many departments in the production process. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure the quality of the folding wagon. Manager Mandy and the technicians explained the various parameters and technical details of each part of the folding cart to prevent any problems in the later production process. Purchasers also expressed their expectations for the products, hoping that we could deliver on time.
The result of this meeting was that everyone finalized their tasks: sourcing, assembly workshop, and fabric factory clarified the time requirements of their respective responsible parts and committed to strictly executing the production schedule. This folding wagon is the most complicated model we have ever produced, with production cost and value much higher than other models. We will do our best to catch up with the schedule and deliver it on time with quality and quantity.
