October is the harvest season, in the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, our group, the Hong Kong Ocean Century Group held the Q4 oath-taking conference, located in Qingdao, three home appliance business companies to participate together, aims to lead the company's entire staff to meet a new round of challenges, to further strengthen the company's internal collaboration, communication and learning atmosphere, to motivate employees to reach new heights, and to contribute to the sustainable development of the company.

The Oath-taking Conference invited the founders of the company: board members President Chen, Chairman He, Chairman Huang, and three sub-companies with a total of 300 employees to participate. The conference was divided into two parts: the morning was mainly devoted to livening up the atmosphere through games and music, helping staff from different departments to communicate and get to know each other, and the afternoon was the highlight of the conference.

In order to create a competitive and motivating atmosphere, we also use a betting mechanism to motivate our employees to commit themselves even further to their work and guarantee the final realisation of results.
Including performance KPI, energy saving, environmental protection, proposal improvement and many other betting projects, the completion of the reward ranges from $ 700 - $ 3,000, the bets include reading 100 days, running 10 kilometres, rope jumping 1,000, and so on. The board members also increased and doubled the betting rewards.

As a major participant in the conference, the general manager of our company also firmly expressed her goals and plans, and made suggestions for the future development of our company by introducing the Great Wall Motor's awareness of hardship.
As the old saying goes, "Hardship Engenders Life and Complacency Brings Demise", we have to strengthen our centre business while actively expanding other business and striving to develop customers, instead of sticking to the status quo. In the Q4, we have to fight for the brand's preferred supplier qualification, and all departments are closely united to struggle together for the development of the Group.
