Including performance KPI, energy saving, environmental protection, proposal improvement and many other betting projects, the completion of the reward ranges from $ 700 - $ 3,000, the bets include reading 100 days, running 10 kilometres, rope jumping 1,000, and so on. The board members also increased and doubled the betting rewards.
As a major participant in the conference, the general manager of our company also firmly expressed her goals and plans, and made suggestions for the future development of our company by introducing the Great Wall Motor's awareness of hardship.
As the old saying goes, "Hardship Engenders Life and Complacency Brings Demise", we have to strengthen our centre business while actively expanding other business and striving to develop customers, instead of sticking to the status quo.
