In the process of trading and negotiation, customers will ask for test reports on the load capacity and impact resistance of the folding wagon, and we will do our best to meet their needs. Today we are performing a drop test, this time on our folding wagon, model 3-PO, in order to make sure that this product can achieve the appropriate impact resistance during handling, transportation and storage. You can watch the YouTube video below.
The purpose of the drop test is to simulate the possible free fall of the package during handling, in order to examine the ability of the product to withstand accidental impact. Therefore, the drop height should be in accordance with the reality. The gross weight of this folding cart is 12.2kg, so the height of our drop test is set at 600mm.
We performed a drop test on two angles, three sides, and six faces of this folding wagon and its package. As you can see through the video, we labeled the test locations so that it is more intuitive. Although there is no professional testing machine, the manual drop can also show the actual situation. We can assess whether the product packaging method is perfect, whether the cushion works, how to achieve the purpose of packaging to protect the product, and the product's anti-drop performance.
We conclude that the product is packed in a perfect and compliant manner and has good resistance to accidental impact. After the test, the outer box of the product had no obvious breakage or dent, the internal folding cart was not damaged, and the screw components were not loose and could be used normally.
