Feb 29, 2024. Our company's foreign trade department recently held a mobilization meeting to motivate the sales and operations staff to work harder and meet the upcoming spring peak in outdoor product orders. Our CEO, COO, and other senior executives from various departments participated in the pep rally.
During the meeting, the sales team pledged to meet their targets, and the company's management followed up with rewards for those who achieve certain milestones. The rewards included recognition for the first order in March, a bonus for achieving two orders in the first week, and a doubled commission for hitting the sales target.
Our company primarily exports folding wagons, material handling carts, and other outdoor equipment to over 20 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Israel, South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia. This year, we plan to maintain our current customer base and develop new customers globally.
The mobilization meeting helped us clarify our goals and gather our strength to promote further development of our company in the foreign trade market. With the positive leadership of the company's management and the full cooperation of all staff, we are confident that we will achieve fruitful results during this new spring order preparation peak.
