On July 10th, a QC from a Taiwan customer came to our factory to inspect the folding cart.
The order of folding carts has been completed a week ago, and Quality Control (QC) staff from its Kunshan office came to our factory for the inspection of the folding carts to be shipped. After their professional and meticulous inspection, the products successfully passed the quality inspection, and the Logistics and Control (I&C) department successfully completed the shipment task.
During the quality inspection, the QC staff conducted a sampling inspection on the folding carts, covering the outer package, instruction manual, net and gross weight measurements, load-bearing capacity test, as well as the flexibility test for operation and use. Each segment of the process was examined in detail.
For the outer packaging, the inspectors examined the appearance of the box to ensure there was no damage or compression that could lead to transportation damage. The QC staff noted the importance of maintaining a good warehouse and storage environment to prevent issues like carton softening due to weather and humidity, which was experienced during a previous inspection at a southern factory.

Additionally, the inspectors focused on ensuring that the net and gross weight of the folding cart matched the box label, as well as conducting load-bearing capacity and flexibility tests for operation and use.
Throughout the quality inspection procedure, the individual responsible for the order, the director of the QC department, and a workshop worker monitored the entire process, which proceeded efficiently and smoothly without detecting any quality problems.
The QC personnel also provided guidance and suggestions based on their extensive experience in inspecting Amazon products. We are committed to utilizing their feedback to improve the quality of our products during the product development process, with the aim of delivering better quality products and services to our customers.
