In order to better coordinate and integrate the work of all departments, our company organizes regular meetings every Monday to discuss the work schedule for the week.
First, there was a weekly company meeting, where each department head came to the meeting room and reported to the participants on the progress of the last week's work, followed by a detailed discussion on the work for this week. At the end of the meeting, each department arrived at a detailed work plan, including work goals and planned implementation dates. Participants also consulted on matters of cooperation between departments and discussed different ideas for future solutions.
Afterwards, each department held separate departmental meeting to communicate the work schedule of their superiors to ensure that each member clearly understands the tasks and schedule and can complete the production tasks in a more efficient and planned manner.
This regular meeting is one of our important meetings because it helps us to coordinate and integrate the work and goals of all departments and, more importantly, it helps us to deal with important issues without wasting time and effort. By all departments working together, more success will be created for the company.
