Today, our company's professional departments organized a fire drill, which was attended by 50 people from the Marketing Department, Foreign Trade Department, Finance Department, Purchasing and Quality Department, Human Resources Department. The purpose of this fire drill is to help employees familiarize themselves with the fire-fighting facilities, such as fire hydrants and fire extinguishers, as well as to remind employees to pay attention to the safety of electricity, in order to provide the necessary know-how and skills to safeguard the lives and properties of the employees.
We first conducted a fire drill, after the discovery of the "fire", security staff sounded the alarm, the volunteer fire department to extinguish the fire rescue, and organized the whole staff to evacuate from the office building to the open area outside the building in an orderly manner.The staff in all departments are rigorous and conscientious.
At the site of the drill, the person in charge introduced the knowledge related to fire facilities and electricity safety to the employees.Minister Yin of the Human Resources Department also said that as the weather is getting colder and colder, in addition to the basic heating equipment air conditioners, other electric heating facilities, should pay attention to the safety of electricity, to avoid fires due to short circuits and other problems.
During the drill, the person in charge also gave a special demonstration on how to use a fire extinguisher and let the employees experience it for themselves.Many people said that although they often see fire extinguishers in their daily life, it was the first time to try it personally. Through practical operation, we mastered the basic usage: "one lifting, two pulling, three holding and four pressing", and gained a deeper memory and understanding.
