On November 1st, our company's R&D department and production department held a meeting to discuss the trial production of a new collapsible cart.
This new foldable wagon is a joint design project with our American client. Based on the client's drawings and concepts, the R&D department proposed suggestions based on practical use and construction, meticulously crafted the product. The customer made significant investments, opening up many new molds to produce the required metal and plastic parts. After repeated sample confirmation, we finally produced a satisfactory sample for the customer and prepare to start bulk production.
During the meeting, the R&D department introduced this totally different folding wagon to the production workshop. Because of the complex structure of the folding wagon, multiple pipe types, and accessories, many new metal and injection molded parts were involved, and multiple assembly steps were required, which posed a significant challenge to the production workshop. Therefore, we plan to produce 10 carts for trial first before bulk production.

At the meeting, the production department made a schedule for various processes such as pipe cutting, stamping/welding, powder coating, plastic parts injection molding, sewing, and assembly, to ensure that the trial production task can be completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed, and lay the foundation for batch production in the future.
